How Can Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy Be Treated?

I am 8 weeks pregnant now.and i experienced spotting when it was 5 weeks.im taking duphaston but my ob prescribed me primolut injection. After taking that injection instead of bleeding or spotting will stop .it was more blood coming from me.and im almost 4 days bleeding.and nothing came out from me o any tissue.no any pain.just bleeding.doctors cannot give any answers why im in this situation.i been to 3 doctors and no one can give me answer.

In most cases this is just a swollen lymph node which doesnt require any specific treatment. Also, considering your description this may be some other benign subcutaneous lesion such as lipoma, fibroma or atheroma and if there are no skin changes such as redness, pus discharge or pain and fever then you should not be worried since it can be easily surgically removed under local anesthesia.
Then it there are doubts it can be sent to the patohistologic analysis.
