General & Family Physician, Dr. Nishad BN's Response
Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. A swab test should be done to know whether yeast infection is still present. If present then taking oral anti fungal agents like fluconazole will be helpful. You can also use setraconazole vaginal tabs. You can continue using vagisil. Better to avoid vinegar and excessive washing. If yeast infection is absent then hormonal test should be done to rule out hormonal imbalance of deficiency. In such case estrogen creams will be helpful.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear. Thanks.
