How Can Vaginal Yeast Infection With Discharges Be Treated?

im a 47yr fm HIV pos for 10yrs. t-cell 890 , V Load UD. t-cells never bellow 600 an V-Load was always UD. never sick from HIV or Hospiltalize from it alway take meds was on Tarsvil for 10 yrs just started isentress,twice daily an epzicom once daily. but for the last 7yrs ive been suffering from vagnil yeast infection,ive been on difulcon, v-fend,terconazole,Gynazole,an a few other creams an organic over the counter stuff ive try everything an its just dont go away im sad all the time i wipe an there chucky white puff i call them can u please help me beet this im so depress about this i have no life becasue i alway see yeast .
