Hi doctor I am suffering from varicocele grade 3 left side and grade one right side very painful Premature ejaculation within 30 sec, I have taken R42 for month, thuja 200 morning, hamamelis 30 3times, and calcarea fluorica 6x 3times From 3 months not satisfied Any other medicine
