How Can Vertigo Along With Palpitations And Nausea Be Treated?

Symptoms: vertigo,loss of balance, rapid heart beat,nausea, disorientation, feeling hot, sweating, panting, lasts several minutes, then feel cold, but not chilled. Normally eat salt, salty foods often.May feel funky for several days afterward. What kind of doctor do I need to see?
