How Can Vertigo And Dizziness Be Treated?

I have vertigo from a concussion which cause crystals to dislodge in my ear and cause terrible dizzyness if I don t do the flip flop exercises on a regular basis. I had a bad time this week because I had not kept up with my exercises. Is there any other answers?

vestibular sedative like prochlorperazine 5mg thrice a day for 10 days and vestibular exercise may relieve your symptoms.
