How Can Vertigo Be Treated?
I have been suffering from having almost no balance for nearly 2 years, I have seen a lot of doctors & specialists. I get better intermittently but then it comes back. It has never gone completely away. I am currently in Vestibular therapy, it is not helping.

It is due to inner ear involvement.
Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. In severe cases, you can go for surgical reconstruction.
As of now, drugs like Betahistine can be tried for symptomatic relief.
