How Can Vertigo Be Treated?
My husband has vertigo MRI showed a sot in his brain but it was not something that could be operated on . His doctors told him e would just have to live with it, it has been 7 years, Some days he can work other days he has to stay in bed,he gets really nauseated and very unsteady. Is there anything he can take or do to help ? He did go for physical therapy and that helped some should he go again and is there anything he can do or take that would help him? We were not able to afford insurance for him this year.

Yes, he should go for physiotherapy, it is quite effective. Get him physically examined by an ENT specialist, get him all screening tests done along with audiometry test to estimate any hearing loss.
Vertigo is an inner ear problem and can be treated with medications and surgery if needed. Do not let him drive. He can take tab. Vertin after consultation with your PCP.
