How Can Vitamin B Deficiency And Low Hemoglobin Levels Be Treated?
eHi, I had blood tests in April and my WBC count was 3.2. I had the test again in June and they were within normal range. I just had another test for vitamin B12 (was low now normal) and my WBC and Hemoglobin are low again. I m feeling tired and weak most of the time. Ive also had multiple colds recently. How long should I wait to get retested? Thank You
Hi dear, Welcome to Healthcare magic. I have analysed your question. my opinion is that, 1.take green leafy vegetables.add spinach in your daily diet. 2.you can take dates daily. 3.take multivitamins and iron tablets once daily in the night time.if you take iron tablets with lemon juice, the iron will be absorbed more. 4.check your haemoglobin levels after 3 months. Thank you. hope my answer will help you.
