How Can Vomiting And Dry Heaving Be Treated?

I had a long night of drinking with some friends.. I woke up in middle of the night puking around 4am. I puked from 4am to 1pm mainly dry heiving and some green puke. The day after puking and today my lower ribs have had a slight pain and a some what sharp pain when I take a deep breath.?? What is this from? Should I seek medical attention?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely alcoholic gastritis. Taking injection of proton pump inhibitor like pantoperazole and IV fluids will be helpful. If abdominal pain persist then ultrasound examination will be required to rule out pancreatitis.
