I got the stomach flu on October 20. 2017 and it lasted 3 days. Vomiting and a bad headache. I got it again Nov. 9 and feel better today. The same vomiting and bad headache. How do i know if this is the same flu or i keep getting it and how i can avoid it? I think part of it is that i am depressed from my mom passing away and my immune system is down. I just can t take another bout of this vomiting and bad headache
