Your query being appreciated, stop taking the aspirin and even stop thinking about the heart, but stop taking alcohol, the vomiting could be de to acid peptic disease and for that I would suggest to take Domperidone 10 mg three times in day, vomiting is just because of acid peptic disease and it is nothing to take anything with heart, hope this information helps
