Hi, i went out drinking last thursdaybeith friends and drank too much so ingot sick and started throwing uo that thursday night feelung very sick. I did eat before and a bit during the drinking. After ibgotnsick i could not manage to eat. the friday after i slept mostly and threw uo alot. Mostly bright yellow. Sunday i still felt sick but did not vomit. However it is now Wednesday and from Monday i have been feeling nauseas. With migraines and vomitting but not the vomit is dark brown i not sure ifni saw some blood too. Will this pass? Am i ok? Inwas bit constipated but dd go a bit a lot less than i usually do amd it was a bit like my tummy was working but not extreme
