How Can Vomiting Be Treated?
yesterday I spent allday emptying my bowels termination with very loose stools. I eat onl a light meal. today I woke up with the need to vomit which had evidence of bile. taking sips of water only encourages more vomiting. I feel I have to do this to remove any bile in my system. is this the right way about this. I had my gall bladder removed 40 years ago

No, this is not the right way to do. Because as soon as you get up, there will be mild gastric juices also produced anytime in the resting time too.
If you induce vomiting then that acidic juices will damage your oesophageal flora and you will have small ulcers due to that which pains constantly every time.
Rather than you decreasing your problems, you are increasing it. Vomiting- if it is too much then you can take Domperidone to stop it. But don't do all this.
