How Can Vulvar Itching And Irritation Be Treated?
Burning and itch in vulva near clitoris. Clear discharge in area as well as on labia. Lumpy bits of smegma like substance at times. Recurring for 4 months. OTC yeast treatments and polysporin used but comes back Perineum hurts during intercourse Had boil on outer perineum that burst then healed about 2 months ago

Your symptoms seem to be related to a yeast infection.
I suggest you use antifungal medication such as Fluconazole. I also suggest using over the counter vaginal creams for local relief.
You should wash and dry the area frequently and use cotton underwear.
