General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Incomplete data like any associated symptoms such as difficulty in breathing, chest pain, etcetera? Heart failure to be ruled out.

Based on the history, you seem to have developed ascites with peripheral edema, the possibility of heart failure should be ruled out first.

So, you should consult your doctor for proper clinical assessment and to carry out certain tests such as blood tests, chest x-ray, ECG and echocardiography to rule out heart failure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
