Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, this problem is due to pressure on one of the nerves - due to disc prolapse most likely. Start on pain killers, muscle relaxants and physiotherapy. Diagnosis can be confirmed only by MRI.

Thanks.
