How Can Weakness While Recovering From Breast Cancer Be Treated?

I am recovering from breast cancer, and have gone back to work. I know I am not walking as much as when I was out. I am feeling very tired again, similar to how I felt before being diagnosed with breast cancer. When I get home from work, I really feel too tired to do much of anything. I have been trying to do some yard work on the weekends, hoping that doing something would help build my energy and strength back up. I am wondering if I might have a vitamin deficiency, such as B vitamins. I have noticed when I am tired, I don t think clearly. What foods have a significant amount of B vitamins?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for your question.
I do understand your pain and discomfort.
As per your history is concerned first correct Iron and B-12 deficiency by taking medications both in injectable 3 times each up to one month and after one month only take B-12 once a month.
Time to time check your HB%
Check your FBS and TSH level.
I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me.
Wishing you all the best.
Thanks
