How Can Weight Gain While Suffering From Bi-polar Disease Be Treated?

I need a medication to bring up to my psyc other than topamax to help manage my weight. I have had bariatrics surgery & am quite a bit of medication to help control my bi-polor, ADHD & PTSD that was causing me to gain weight. Can you suggest another medication?

Orylstate twice per day to control your body weight..before the main meals..and have two big glass of water before each meal
