How Can Wheezing And Cough Be Treated?

Hello I have had a bad cough for about three weeks now it won't go away. At night I can't hardly breathe I can talk one word takes my breath.im wizing and have green thick stuff come up when I can get it up. I have no medical insurance and I think I need medicine to get rid of it
