General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the description, your son needs to be evaluated and needs further treatment by getting admitted in the hospital, since it appears that he is not responding to the medications what you have been providing.

Kindly get him admitted to hospital at the earliest, where he can be further evaluated and managed accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashakiran S, General & Family Physician
