How Can Whole Body Painful Muscles And Joints Be Treated?

Yes I have had painful muscles and joints for about six years now. Muscles are hard to get stretched out and loosened up. I get stiff if I sit down for five minutes. The pain is around all joints throughout the body and I have no swelling. I am 47, weight is 120, height is 5 4, active, and take no medications with no know health problems other than being in pain all the time.

I think it can be inflammatory arthritis. I would suggest you to get few investigations for it.
ESR, CRP and Ra factor, Anti CCP antibody, x ray of the knee joints
These investigations will help us in confirming the diagnosis. If it is positive then they are suggestive of Rheumatoid arthritis. if it is not positive then also you can start treatment for seronegative arthritis. Treatment consist of.
1.Tablet Indocap or Piroxicam as strong anti inflammatory drugs.
2. Disease modifying drugs like HCQ, Methotrexate and SAAZ
3. Steroids like Medrol if pain is very severe.
Follow these steps as soon as possible. Also use hot water fomentation and calcium and vitamin D3 regularly. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
