Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Naltrexone will cause withdrawal symptoms in people who are physically dependent on narcotics. Naltrexone treatment is started after you are no longer dependent on narcotics. The length of time this takes may depend on which narcotic you took, the amount you took, and how long you took it. Before you start taking this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor if you think you are still having withdrawal symptoms. If you have no dependency these effects will wear out so long as you stop taking it, if the symptoms persist I suggest you get evaluated for another cause of your sickness. The problem may also be psychological so if you are medically fit, I suggest consulting a psychologist to talk through what your feeling so we can reach a solution to your problem.

Stay Healthy!
Yours truly,
Dr. Ankit Gopinath
