General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an upper respiratory tract infection. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms. I also recommend to drink liquids, ear healthy and rest. The symptoms will go away in a few days.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Regards,
