How Dangerous Is It To Have UTI A Month After Bladder Surgery?

My doctor has undergone a surgery for hydrouretronephrosis and uretrocoele . The obstruction in the bladder has been removed completely by an open surgery. But after a period one month after the surgery she has got urinary infection which is 10^5(e coli) . Is it a major threat to the kidney are will the infection goes of with the intake of antibiotics¿

As an Urologist, i must assure you, that if kidney function and ultrasound scan are normal now,urinary infection should be treated, and then there's no further problem.
But repeat scan and kidney function should be confirmed first.
