What Causes Frequent Urination And Pain In The Abdomen And Back?

I get frequent UTI or Bladder infections. I am having symptoms similar to those that I have when I get a UTI or bladder infection, pain in mid and lower back, abdominal pain. My Doctor ran the test for a UTI and bladder infection but I was told I have neither. I am still having the back and abdominal pain and frequent urination. What could be other causes of this?

Hi,

It could be a part of urinary tract infection. Go for a urine culture and sensitivity and start antibiotics accordingly. Drink plenty of water too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
