How do I find a place to cheaply fill one month's blood pressure medicine ? The insurance starts in early October, but the Blood Pressure Meds run out today ? Is there a place, esspecially in Macon, Ga, but in the US in general, where one can go to get A month refilled cheaply ?

Shop around. Go from one pharmacy to the other, and get comparisons.
It might even be possible that the drug manufacturer would give you a free supply for one month till your insurance kicks in. I've heard of patients getting free meds when their income can't handle the cost of the prescription. The doctor has to write the drug company for you, giving your income information, etc.
