How Do I Interpret An Ultrasound Report Of The Kidneys?

Good afternoon

I have received the following ultrasound report and I am quite worried.

Both kidneys appear normal in size, shape and echo pattern.
No hydronephrosis , focal lesion nor calculi identified in both kidneys.
Cortical scarring noted in both kidneys.

Should I be concerned? Any advice?

Thank you in advance
