How Do I Know When I Will Ovulate Next Month?

My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. This month after trying I started bleeding 4 days earlier than my scheduled period. I have always been very regular. How do I know when I will ovulate next month? Should I base it from the start of my current period?

Hi.

I've gone through your query. I can understand your anxiety.

Usually ovulation occurs on 14th day in a 28days regular cycle. You can calculate the 14th day from the first day of your last menstrual cycle . Also can add plus or minus 2 days to that.

Means u can have sex from 12th to 16th day (14th day +/- 2days) from the first day of your periods.

Also you can use ovulation kit.
