Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of being diagnosed with all of the following: PCOS, IBS, GERD, depression, anxiety, candida, obesity, among other things. Each diagnosis comes from a different doc and no one talks to each other. where do i start with treatment? how should i prioritize? is one of the disorders the main culprit?
My thoughts:
Obesity looks to be the main culprit. I would advise you to get started for the Obesity first and of course with the others simultaneously as the diseases and disorders are interlinked and many medicines work for more than one problem simultaneously.
Consult Dietitian for the diet chart to be strictly followed and the Physical Trainer for gradually increasing exercises.
The medications for PCOS also help for obesity.
Additional treatment of GERD with a PPI like Omeprazole, Antacid and motility regulator like Domperidone helps further.
Candida needs additional treatment.
Depression and anxiety are subjective, your own will and wish helps to improve them, additional medication is better avoided as many of the medications cause obesity.
I hope this answers your query and helps you in decision making.
