How Do I Stop Sinus Tachycardia, Panic Attacks, And High Blood Pressure?

Hello I am 19 years old and i have had sinus tacycardia for 2 years,my heart rate goes like crazy just from walking around the mall i can only only walk for 10 minutes withought my heart racing iv been to doctor and cardiologist and both said if i gradually increase excirsise i should be fine but iv tried to and i get really dizzy I am 5,6 and 190 pounds white, i really dont know what to do to stop the fast heart rate i also suffer from panic attacks and high blood presssure

Hi.Thanks for writing on HCM.
In my clinic I would treat high heart rate, panic attacks and blood pressure by starting on medications (beta blockers like metoprolol etc.)which lower these symptoms after through evaluation of the cardiac system.
Consult your doctor/physician and follow his advice.Hope this helps.
