Hello and thanks for the query,

It seems that you wanted pregnancy and were taking contraceptives for PCOD. I suggest that you must not take treatment in hap hazard fashion as it will have more chances of failure.

The best way to manage any case of sub fertility is to have an evaluation of both the husband and wife for any problems and then decide a plan of treatment.

So please get a husbands semen analysis done. Also you must have a baseline ovulation study to see if ovulation is occurring spontaneously or not. If Ubipehe is prescribed, I suggest that it is combined with an ovulation study to see if it is acting and the dose is adequate. An IUI procedure may be combined with it to increase the chances.

Please continue metformin and folic acid with duphaston. Discuss with your doctor about ubipehe and ovulation study for better results.

Hope this was helpful.
Thanks for using HCM.
Best of luck for pregnancy.
