hi my name is jennifer i am a nursing student doing a case study on an elderly pt who was given two extra doses of Lactulose she is experiencing symptoms which lead me to assume she is experiencing electrolyte imbalance i am monitoring her i&o, labs, vitals and administering fluids intravenously i was wondering if there was anything else i should be doing for this patient i appreciate your help
