Hello and welcome to HCM, Presence of a sinus tract in the uterus and release of pus suggests presence of infection in the genital tract. A complete treatment of the infection is required before you can attempt to conceive. Repair of the sinus tract is needed. As you have mentioned that you have already undergone surgery persistence of pus discharge suggests that sinus tract is still present. A repeat treatment of sinus tract is required. Conception should only be attempted after the infection clears else it can result in sepsis.
