How Do I Insert Tampons?
I just purchased some tampons and I have attempted six times to insert it. I don't understand what they mean by inserting it towards your back. I dont know what angle to insert it at and how I know whether im inserting it at the right angle. Everytime I put it in I can feel it when I walk, jump, and sit. PLEASE HELP!

Tampons will be irritating fore some ladies.For virgins it will be difficult to insert.You should sit or lie down and insert through your vagina backwards slowly.For those who using intially they will feel more discomfort that some thing inside.The thread should lie outside freely.Hope this may help you.
