Thyroid problem -I m recently diagnosed.My Thyroid Stimulating hormone(ECLA) count is 9.070. , Triiodothyronine(ECLA) is 1.24 and Thyroxin(ECLA) is 6.53. I want to know the it s short and long term effects. Can it be treated by change in lifestyle by doing 60 minutes of exercise per day and following healthy diet? Or I must start taking Thyroxin 50mg to suppress the ill effects.

Since when you're suffering from hypothyroidism? You have to avoid broccoli and cauliflower. Your TSH is still not under control need to take little higher dose of medicine than above. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
