azee syrup has as its basic constituent azithromycin , which is a an antibacterial agent , thus it acts on bacterial flora of gastro Intestinal tract ,helps in secretion of enzymes form stomach and go mucosa which aids in better digestion and increase in appetite .
although I would like to tell that azee as such is not a direct stimulant of appetite , you need to act syrups like LIV 52 which contain liver enzymes which stimulate appetite
