Hi what is the role of dutagen in pcos treatment... as earlier my endocrinologist didnt suggested me this medicine but now my new doctor has told me to take this Kindly put some light as i am totally confused regarding dutagen and my dic is also not answering me

Dutagen is a 5 Alfa reductase inhibitor which will decrease the production of dihydrotestosterone. If dihydrotestosterone is low may lead to erectile dysfunction. In PCOD it useful to prevent abnormal hair growth in the female. In the male it is used for prostate enlargement.
