Good ova tablet contains clomiphene citrate that is competitive antagonist of estrogen receptor at Hypothalamus and pituitary level. Once it binds to those receptors the inhibitory effect of estrogen on LH gets stop, lead to increase secretion of LH i.e LH surge. that leads to ovulation and once ova got sperm fertilization occurs and hence the female gets pregnant.
