How Does HIV Get Transferred?

hi, good evening doctor, last week i went visit to uganda n have a sex with one lady, at the begining she sucked me after then i ready to have a sex, when i enter my penis with condom, it broke n immidiately i pull it out and again wear new one, my mind was not working properly by fear, may be that's why it took 2 hours having sex with her, after then, i wanted to check my condom weather it broke or not. when i saw that there was a lot of blood out side the condom and condom not broke. i scared seeing that n i remove the condom n wape my panis by towel. again i didnot want to do anymore n i left the job. when i checked my panis weather there was any scratch or not. i found that there was no any scratch but near the balls i found some scratch. after counciling her, i knew that she is seek of hiv. i checked her mouth weather she had any wound or not she show me there was no any wound in her mouth. i want to ask is it possible to transfer the hiv ?
