How Does Excess Talking Lead To Chest Pain And Discomfort?

I am a school teacher and I have to talk loudly most of the day. By the end of the school day I have attacks that are very painful. It usually starts hurting under the right breast and goes to my back. It then might occur under my left breast. Sometimes it may happen on my left side just below the last rib. The attacks are brought on by vocalizing loudly, laughing (especially if I am cold) or twisting my torso. Once an attack is triggered it doesn t take much to get it going again. When I am home the attacks will subside after no talking, turning my torso or laughing. Please help me.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be muscular spasm and this may be happening due to some poor posture, this can be best managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, try to maintain good posture, and no need to worry about this, take care.
