How Does High Amniotic Fluid Index Affect Pregnancy?

Hai now it is running 38th week .. I have 20.5 Amniotic fluid index.. doctor said that u have high amniotic fluid index ... I want normal delivery .. in my last scan means recent baby head is in downwards.. is there any chance to normal delivery or surgery is compulsory .. am not getting any delivery pains till now .. am so afraid of surgery. Please tell me any chance to reduce amniotic fluid index... please I want fast reply ... I have sugar levels fasting blood sugar -90 and after food 137 .. I think it is also normal ... waiting for ur reply...

Thanks for the query.
The risk for your prent concern is .. sontaneous rupture of tence membranes.. which may have certain problem to baby... that is why we usually kee0p a keen watch for ami/advise for sstruct rest( beong admitted in hospitalital/Take patient for lscs ... if needed .. to prevent any complication.
In short you do have minimal chance for normal ....delivery .. in case the fluid level shows some decrease after few days of rest.
