Masturabtion does not affect the health. It is a normal sexual behavior and just like sex, without involvement of sex partner. It does not cause loss of energy and stamina. Moderate
masturbation is complete healthy. Sometimes excessive masturbation can cause loss of energy in some case.
Please first note the disadvantage of excessive masturbation (2-3 times every day):
