How Does One Calculate Accurate Ovulation Dates?
Hi my partner and I want to have a baby he already has a six year old son but I have no kids of my own and we want to make the family a little bigger. we have been trying for four months and nothing is happened I calculate all my ovulation days and its not working is something maybe wrong

Here is what I recommend to patients:
1. Count the first day of your cycle as day #1
2. Most women ovulate on day#14
3. Abstain from intercourse except for days 10/12/14/16
4. Use an over the counter ovulation predictor kit to see how well you are timing things
It is normal to take up to a year to conceive.
