Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I stress out all most 24/7 and it has begun to make me sick to my stomach. I stress mostly from school. I’m a sophomore in high school and I have bad stress since 7th grade but I was able to handle then. now its just to much for me. When I get stressed I feel sick and some times depressed, then other times I get mad or sad. I have break downs a lot because of stress. I have been trying to run away from it by slacking off but then that only made it worse. then last week I tried to really get on top of my school work to relieve my stress but that caused me to get 4 hrs of sleep for 4 nights then last night I only got 2 hrs of sleep to study and that made it worse. My mom got some all natural stress relief stuff and it isn’t really working. I cant find a happy medium. stress used to help me stay on top of everything but now I’m having to much stress and cant handle it. how can I get relief from stress and what happens to someone with a lot of stress 24/7?
