Hello, Thanks for contacting HCM,
The only way to know that anyone has internal bleeding is by CT scan of the head.
But the fact that you get to rays exposure in very great amount during a CT Scan - all who hit his or her head - are not advised for the scan.
The thing to be observed are:
1. Severe Headache.
2. Vomiting.
3. Feeling dizzy or loosing consciousness.
Any of the above symptom - is an indication of internal bleeding in the head and if you experience any- report to nearest hospital immediately.
if nothing of the above symptoms happen in 2-3 days, nothing to worry about.
Thanks,
Dr Sanjay Mishra.
