How Does One Prevent Cramping In The Legs?
My husband has been fighting cramping in his arms and legs lately. He drinks plenty water and drinks lots of electrolite drinks, but he still suffers from these bouts of cramping. Lately its been in his arms or biseps. what is another solution for this?

It could be a due to peripheral vascular diseases.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for a vascular Doppler.
