How Does Sitting Position Of A Fetus Affect Pregnancy?

Hi, We have taken 12th week & 20th week scan. We got an update that everything fine and baby is going well. However both the scan time, baby was in the sitting position folding the legs. They have tried some time but there are not able to see the position change. Please advise this will have any complication post delivery. Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The sitting position of the baby doesn't cause any complications during birth. It is a natural position. A baby changes often position while in womb and especially of legs and arms.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
