How Does Stomach Pain Indicate The Presence Of Flu?

I don t type fast,My son has been sick with flu like symptoms for two days and is still complaining of pain when you touch his stomach. No high fever there has been 24 hour flu going around his school. When should I become worried it might be something more.

dear,
hope ur son is well now but to enlighten you that stomach pain is noth related to flu, rather its suggestive of APD, for which u can start antacids and anti emeticsif needed, for flu u can start simple remedies like anti histaminics and cough suppresants.
