I am feeding mother and got typhoid test positive (1:180 both) ... doctor prescribed taxim o 200 with tramodol and paracetamol... as per one post in this blogs combination with azithromycin is good for fast recovery ... what s your suggestion. What is risk to child Ritu
In my opinion, Taxim-O is an effective antibiotic. Usually, a stool culture would provide the doctor with the exact antibiotics it is sensitive too. But, I feel you should continue with Taxim-O for its course. Ensure you wash your hands well before and after you are touching or playing with your child. Otherwise, the child is safe. Do not worry.
